Multi-stage assembly presses
Panafab has partnered with companies to develop industry-specific products to complement their own product lines. As part of our partnership we will develop products, manufacture them and stock inventory.

Glue curing clamping press		This multi-stage press assembles three components each at a different depth during one cycle.

Sand blaster control valve		This press clamps and holds parts to provide adhesive time to cure.

Bearing installation press		A bearing is loaded into the press head and pressed up into the part from below. View Video 1 View Video 2

Clip insertion press		A part is placed into the fixture and clips are placed on the part by hand. The clips are pressed into position and confirmed by the machine.
		Clips are placed into fixtures, then the part is placed on top and automatically clamped as the clips are pressed into place from below and confirmed.
