This inspection station is mounted in line of the
production process. The product is delivered on a
conveyor to the machine and directed in and through the
machine. Good product is returned to the conveyor and
continues to the next operation. Any rejected product is
discharged to the rear of the staion.

Pattern cutting station

This work station cuts multiple simple shape patterns of
hi-tech material. Multiple layers are cut at one time.
An unlimited amount of pattern recipes are stored in the
PC-based operating system.

an injection molded plastic part.
